1. With your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Ougaely Wines Wholesaler Account Application, Ougaely Wines are authorised to make whatever inquiries it deems necessary in support of this application for the assessment of credit worthiness.

2. In acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, you are obliged to comply with Ougaely Wines standard terms, including the settlement of our wholesale account with Ougaely Wines within 30 days from the date of invoice.

3. It is warranted that all details supplied in the application are true and correct in every detail.

4. Ougaely Wines reserves all legal rights of ownership in relation to goods until all accounts owed by the purchaser to Ougaely Wines are fully paid.
